Return Policy

 

All items are produced one by one upon your request.  Since these art products are specially produced for you we do not accept returns based on size, or just deciding to cancel the order. We can only accept returns for defective items. If you have any issue regarding your item. Please contact us via email as soon as possible, and we will try to find a solution. 

Claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 1 week after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 2 weeks after the estimated delivery date. 

If you notice an issue on the products or anything else on the order, please let us know ASAP.

The return address is set by the fulfilment facility. Before Returning any item please contact us via email. 

Wrong Address - If you provided an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).
